These targets were identified through a comprehensive analysis of the recently completed gravity survey (July 12, 2023 news release) in combination with the data obtained from HSAMT and seismic surveys previously conducted on the property.

The recently completed gravity survey data has unveiled a significant deep graben structure in the south-central portion of the property. The graben basin contains a significant volume of conductive groundwater, which is evident from the overlay of HSAMT data onto the recently acquired gravity data.

Mr. Robert D. Marvin, Scotch Creek's Qualified Person, commented, "The combined data clearly indicates the presence of a potentially high-quality lithium brine target. The conductive groundwater layers, observed in the HSAMT survey data, span approximately 300 meters in thickness and covers an area of five to seven square kilometers."

Crucially, this conductive volume is situated within the newly identified graben basin. Scotch Creek's geological model suggests the direction of the graben structure on the property aligns with the paleo brine lake in the Clayton Valley, indicated by repeated occurrences in the recent geological past. Scotch Creek's focus is on exploring evaporitic stratigraphy within this discovered graben structure.

The Scotch Creek team is currently finalizing drill targets for an initial subsurface test of the conductive area with a hole spacing of approximately one kilometer. This represents an important step forward in the Company's exploration efforts at their Highlands West lithium property.

(the "Company") ("Scotch Creek" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the successful completion of a property wide gravity grid survey on its Highlands West lithium project in Clayton Valley, Nevada.

The mapped results of the survey have revealed a large-scale gravity low in the south-central portion of the property. This gravity low is interpreted to be a down-faulted, northwest trending structural basin. The basin is three kilometers long and one and a half kilometers wide. This discovery is significant for the Company as it strongly supports the notion that significant subbasins exist along the Western flank of the main Clayton Valley evaporative basin that can potentially host lithium brine.

Marvin, Scotch Creek's Qualified Person, stated, "This newly recognized gravity low is interpreted as a graben structure and as such it represents a very high-quality lithium brine exploration target. The Company has extended the existing gravity survey coverage by undertaking a new survey to map the remainder of the property. "Scotch Creek has finalized the compilation of the recently completed detailed gravity survey at our Macallan lithium project. The most prominent feature in the new gravity data is evidence of an uplifted, fault bounded, subsurface block of kilometer scale. This block is interpreted to be bounded to the east and west by extensions of the Angel Island fault zone, a complex, regionally important structural zone" said, Mr. Robert D. Marvin, Scotch Creek's Qualified Person. "Three drill targets have been identified to test this uplifted, faulted block in the sub-surface of the property. The goal of the drilling is to intersect strongly fractured units within the regional lithium host, the Esmeralda Formation. We anticipate that fracture zones will provide high porosity zones to capture deep basin brines."

Scotch Creek plans to conduct additional drilling on the project in order to expand and refine its understanding of the lithium brine resource, with the goal of developing a comprehensive resource estimate in the near future.

About The Macallan East Lithium Project

The 6,360-acre Macallan East claim block sits directly on trend with outcropping, lithium mineralized, volcanic ash-rich, basin lakebed sedimentary rocks towards the project area from the North-Northeast. The projected presence of these mineralized units in the subsurface at Macallan strongly suggests that porous ash units, associated with these rocks elsewhere in the basin, should exist below the surface on the claims.

Marketing Agreement

Scotch Creek Ventures is pleased to announce they have entered into an arms-length marketing agreement with Think Inc. Marketing (Think Inc), a top public relations firm that will provide Scotch Creek with a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance the company's investor awareness and engagement. (CSE: SCV) (FSE: 7S2) (OTC: SCVFF) ("Scotch Creek" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce the completion of a detailed gravity survey in the Southeast portion of its Macallan property. The purpose of the survey was aimed at gaining a better understanding of the structural geology and faulting of the Esmeralda Formation underlying the property. The newly acquired gravity data has been added to the existing gravity and other datasets, including subsurface geology from completed drilling.

Mr. Robert D. Marvin, Scotch Creek's Qualified Person, commented. "A highlight of the new gravity data is a significant gravity high bench of kilometre scale. Initial structural interpretation of the data suggests this bench lies within the intersection of two parallel North Northeast ("NNE") trending normal faults, and a cross-cutting Northwest trending fault zone. The two NNE trending fault zones interpreted from the gravity data are in a position to be the strike extension of the important Angel Island Fault Zone, which is mapped to the north of the property."

These intersecting fault zones are viewed as highly prospective for the presence of fracture zones, these zones could serve as pathways for groundwater movement in deep basins. The interpreted data shows a complexly faulted area, which may create structural traps for groundwater by the juxtaposition of Esmeralda Formation units with different porosity.

"Our next step will be to develop drill targets and explore the Southeast portion of the property. We will use the recently completed gravity work and focus on the structural understanding of the faults laying under the property to determine a drill program." Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - April 12, 2023) - Scotch Creek Ventures Inc. (CSE: SCV) (FSE: 7S2) (OTC Pink: SCVFF) ("Scotch Creek" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the commencement of a detailed gravity survey on the Macallan East claim extensions (November 16^th news release). The additional claims were staked following a successful detailed gravity survey which exhibited a positive gravity-high building strength in the Southeast portion of the Macallan project. The detailed gravity survey will be completed by Magee Geophysical Services, the Nevada based geophysics company will utilize LaCoste & Romberg gravity meters to measure gravity changes at approximately 294 stations.

To complete the Macallan gravity survey in its entirety, the Company will begin additional geophysics to reveal the gravity signature of the recently staked claims. The area is dominated by the Lida Wash, a major drainage system which channels storm waters into the Clayton Valley generating potential lithium-rich basin deposits.

"The results from this gravity survey will aid the Scotch Creek team in defining additional drill targets for a potential lithium source in the Lida Wash area," stated Mr. Robert D. (CSE: SCV) (FSE: 7S2) (OTC Pink: SCVFF) (the "Company") ("Scotch Creek" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that it has completed the compilation of geologic and assay data from its second drill hole on its Macallan lithium property ("Macallan"), located in the southeast portion of the Clayton Valley, Esmeralda County, Nevada. The core hole was drilled to 1115 feet and ended after passing through a well-developed fault at 1107. A borehole was then completed as a water sampling well.

Significant Drill Results Include:

• The intersection of two, thick sections of ash-rich siltstones, claystones and massive volcanic ash units, all locally finely bedded indicting of lake sedimentary origin, the target Esmeralda Formation.

• Lithium mineralization to a high of 461 parts per million (ppm) Li was returned from cut core samples taken from the lower lacustrine sequence intersected in the hole.

• The lacustrine units are strongly altered resulting in bleaching and well-developed iron oxide banding.

• Warm, brackish groundwater with a strong organic odor was noted during well development and sampled directly in place in the hole at depths ranging from 800 to 970 feet downhole.

• The warm, brackish, organic rich waters produced from the hole indicate a brine water environment.

Mr. David Ryan, Scotch Creek's CEO, commented, "We are extremely pleased with these early results and believe we are on the right track to discovering Clayton Valley's next lithium reserve. It is important to note that the sampling casing was blocked at 970 feet downhole, which resulted in us not being able to sample ground waters at the depth of the strongest claystone lithium mineralization in the lower lacustrine unit. These results have given us critical information that provides us with a greater understanding of the Macallan projects geology, as we are looking to plan the next phase of drilling promptly."

(CSE: SCV) (FSE: 7S2) (OTC PINK: SCVFF) (the "Company") ("Scotch Creek" or the "Company"), is pleased to provide an update on its ongoing Macallan East Lithium drill program. The property is located in the Southeast portion of Clayton Valley, representing a sizeable region with minimal subsurface exploration for lithium or other salar minerals. Recently, nearby Scotch Creek's Macallan East project a limited and relatively shallow drill program by Sienna Resources has shown the presence of lithium rich claystones lying beneath gravel cover deposits.

Mr. Robert D. Marvin, Scotch Creek's Qualified Person, commented, "The results to date have been both encouraging and intriguing because we have discovered deeper lacustrine units not previously known to exist. Our first hole in the west central portion of the property bottomed in a pure magnesium-calcium carbonate lithology. This unit is noteworthy in that it contains volcanic ash interbeds, which confidently places this evaporative deposit into the regional lithium host of Esmeralda Formation. This new, fundamentally evaporite facies of the formation have not been previously documented elsewhere within the region.

Our recently completed second hole encountered ash-rich, lacustrine sediments below gravel cover, as we expected. The hole then passed through 100 feet of a cobble alluvial unit. Below this rounded cobble unit, the hole entered a second section of volcanic ash stratigraphy. This lower lacustrine unit is essentially 100% volcanic ash with local pebble gravel interbeds. At 1100 feet the borehole passed through a major fault zone and into Paleozoic age limestone, part of the basement rock sequence of the Clayton Valley."

The completion of the two deep core holes has allowed Scotch Creek to obtain a greater understanding of the lithologic and structural geology of the Southeast Clayton Bench. The Company believes the lower ash zone intersected in the second hole MCD-2 represents a previously unknown target sequence beneath the property. This section likely represents an older section of Clayton Valley's basin development containing deeper section of the prospective Esmeralda Formation.

The strong fault zone intersected near the bottom of MCD-2 may be the southern extension of the Angle Island Fault Zone. The Angle Island structure is an important internal fault within the Clayton Valley, which lies proximal to recently discovered lithium rich claystone deposits within the Clayton Valley to north of the property.

Scotch Creek is working to compile the data resulting from the completed holes as part of the necessary process to target additional drilling at the property.
